Themes & Layout
Make your store look the way you want. Pick a theme, choose a layout, and tweak your store's settings.

Choose a Theme
Themes control the colors and overall visual style of your store. Raj Market offers a selection of themes to choose from.
- Open your store from the dashboard.
- Go to Themes in the sidebar.
- Browse the available themes and click on one to preview it.
- Click Apply Theme to set it as your store's active theme.
Themes are designed and maintained by the Raj Market team. New themes are added regularly — check the Changelog for updates.
Change the Layout
The layout controls how your products and categories are displayed — for example, grid view vs. list view.
- Open your store from the dashboard.
- Go to Layouts in the sidebar.
- Select the layout style you prefer.
- Click Save.
Your store will immediately switch to the new layout. You can change it at any time.
Manage Storefront Sections
Sections control the blocks shown on your storefront, such as the hero, category navigation, search, products, banners, notes, reviews, and highlights.
Change section order
- Open your store from the dashboard.
- Go to Sections in the sidebar.
- Drag sortable sections into the order you want.
- The storefront follows the same order after saving.
Header, hero, products, and footer have fixed rules. Header and footer stay in their standard positions. Hero stays directly below the navigation. Products cannot be hidden because it is the main catalog area.
Show, hide, remove, or restore a section
- Show / Hide controls whether a section appears on the storefront.
- Remove takes a section out of the section list and moves it back to Add Section.
- Add Section lets you restore removed sections or add new repeatable sections.
- Reset clears a section's custom content and returns it to its default state.
Repeatable sections
Some sections can be added more than once. This is useful when you want separate banners, notes, reviews, or highlight groups in different parts of the storefront.
Category showcase
The category showcase displays categories as clean boxes. You can choose a carousel layout or a grid layout. In grid layout, choose how many category boxes appear in each row.
Promotional banners
Banner sections let you upload desktop and mobile banners, add links, choose whether links open in a new tab, and decide whether the banner uses a full-width or contained layout. If you add multiple banners, they appear as a custom slider.
Notes, reviews, and highlights
Use notes for announcements, reviews for customer feedback, and highlights for trust points such as fast delivery, custom orders, or secure checkout.
Special Instructions
The Special Instructions feature adds a text box to your product pages and cart where customers can leave personalized notes, requests, or special requirements for their order.
Enable or disable special instructions
- Open your store from the dashboard and go to Layouts.
- Find the Special Instructions toggle and enable or disable it.
- You can also customize the placeholder text shown in the text box (e.g., "Add any special requests or personalization...").
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Use a clear placeholder message to guide customers — for example: "Mention your preferred color, engraving text, or delivery instructions." The more specific the prompt, the more useful the notes will be.
Special instructions entered by the customer are visible in the order details in your dashboard, so you won't miss them.
Store Display Settings
In the Settings page, you can control how your store is shown to visitors and search engines.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Display Name | The store name shown in the header and browser tab. |
| SEO Meta Title | The title shown in Google search results for your store. |
| SEO Meta Description | A short description shown in Google search results. |
| Store Status | Draft (hidden) or Published (visible to everyone). |
To update: go to your store → Settings → make changes → click Save.
Preview Your Store
You can preview what your store looks like before publishing it — or share it with someone using a private link.
- Go to your store's Settings page.
- Click Generate Preview Key.
- Copy the generated preview URL.
- Open it in a browser to see your store, or share the link with others.
The preview link works even when your store is in Draft mode. Great for getting feedback before going live.
