Products are the items you sell in your store. You can add images, set prices, assign categories, and more.

Add a Product
Here's how to add a new product to your store:
- Open your store from the dashboard and go to Products.
- Click Add Product.
- Fill in the product details (name, price, description, category).
- Upload one or more product images.
- Click Save Product.
You can add Options (like size or color) and Extras (like add-ons) after creating the product. See the Options & Extras guide.
Product Fields Explained
Here's what each field means when adding or editing a product:

| Product Name | The name of the item shown to customers. |
| Price | The base price of the product. |
| Description | A short description of the product. Keep it clear and helpful. |
| Category | Assign the product to a category so customers can find it easily. |
| Status | Set whether the product is visible or hidden in your store. |
Advanced Options
When adding or editing a product, you'll find an Advanced section with extra fields to give you more control over how your product is presented and managed.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Offer Price | A discounted price shown to customers. When set, the original price is shown with a strikethrough and the offer price is highlighted. |
| Stock | How many units are available. Leave blank if you don't want to track stock. |
| SKU | Stock Keeping Unit — your internal reference code for the product. Useful for inventory management. |
| YouTube Video Link | Paste a YouTube video URL to embed a product video. It will be shown on the product detail page. |
| Minimum Order Quantity | The minimum number of units a customer must order. See the MOQ section below for details. |
You don't need to fill in all advanced fields. They're optional — only use the ones relevant to your products.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ lets you set the minimum number of units a customer must order for a specific product. This is useful for wholesale items or products that are only sold in bulk.
Setting an MOQ
- Open or edit a product.
- Scroll to the Advanced section.
- Set the Minimum Order Quantity field (default is 1).
- Click Save.
When MOQ is set to more than 1, customers will not be able to add fewer than that number to their cart. The minimum quantity is enforced during checkout.
Example use cases
- A product sold in packs of 6 — set MOQ to 6.
- A wholesale item with a minimum order of 10 units — set MOQ to 10.
- A standard product — leave MOQ at 1 (the default).
Product Images
You can add multiple images to each product. The first image is shown as the main product thumbnail.
- While adding or editing a product, find the Images section.
- Click Upload Image and select a photo from your device.
- Repeat to add more images.
- Drag to reorder images if needed.
Use clear, well-lit photos. Square images (1:1 ratio) tend to look best across all layouts.
Edit a Product
- Go to your store's Products page.
- Find the product you want to update.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Delete a Product
- Go to your store's Products page.
- Find the product you want to remove.
- Click the Delete (trash) icon.
- Confirm the deletion in the popup.
Deleted products cannot be recovered. Orders that included this product will still keep a record of it.
Reorder Products
You can control the order products appear in your store by dragging them.
- Go to your store's Products page.
- Click and hold the drag handle (the ≡ icon) on any product.
- Drag it to the position you want.
- The order is saved automatically.
Product Limits
Each plan has a limit on how many products you can add per store.
