Delivery

Set up delivery fees for your store. You can have a default fee that applies everywhere, and specific fees for individual cities.

How Delivery Works

When a customer places an order, they enter their city. Raj Market then applies the correct delivery fee:

  • If a city-specific rule exists for their city, that fee is used.
  • If no city rule exists, the default delivery fee is used.
  • If no default fee is set, delivery is free.

Cities are managed by the Raj Market admin team. If a city you deliver to isn't available, contact us at contact@rajmarket.com.

Set a Default Delivery Fee

The default fee is applied when no city-specific rule matches the customer's city.

  1. Open your store and go to Delivery in the sidebar.
  2. Find the Default Delivery section.
  3. Enter your default delivery fee.
  4. Click Save.

Set your default fee to cover deliveries to cities not explicitly listed. If you only deliver locally, you can ignore this and use city rules only.

Add City-Specific Rules

City rules let you charge different delivery fees for specific locations.

  1. Go to Delivery in your store dashboard.
  2. In the city rules table, find the city you want to set a fee for.
  3. Enter the delivery fee for that city.
  4. Click Save (or the bulk save button to update multiple cities at once).

You can update fees for multiple cities at the same time using the bulk save option.

Manage Delivery Rules

You can update or remove delivery rules at any time.

  • To update a city fee: edit the fee value in the table and save.
  • To remove a city rule: click the delete icon next to that city. Orders to that city will then fall back to the default fee.
  • To remove all city overrides: use the Clear All option to reset to the default fee for everyone.

Changing delivery fees only affects new orders. Existing orders keep the delivery fee that was applied when the order was placed.
