Orders

When a customer places an order in your store, you'll see it here. You can track orders, update their status, and download invoices.

How Orders Work

Here's the basic flow of an order:

  1. A customer visits your store, adds items to their cart, and places an order.
  2. They fill in their name, phone number, and address at checkout.
  3. The order is submitted and appears in your Orders list.
  4. You receive an email notification with the order details.
  5. You fulfil the order and update its status accordingly.

Payments are handled outside the platform for now. You collect payment directly from the customer (cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.).

View Orders

  1. Open your store from the dashboard.
  2. Click Orders in the sidebar.
  3. You'll see a list of all orders with the order number, customer name, total, and status.

Order Details

Click on any order to open the full details view. Here you'll find:

  • Order Number — A unique reference for the order.
  • Customer Info — Name, phone, and delivery address.
  • Items Ordered — Product names, quantities, selected options/extras, and prices.
  • Delivery Fee — The fee applied based on the customer's city.
  • Order Total — The final amount including delivery.
  • Order Status — Current status (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Delivered).

Order Statuses

Each order goes through a series of statuses as you process it.

Download an Invoice

Every order has a downloadable invoice you can share with the customer or keep for your records.

  2. Click Download Invoice.
  3. A PDF will be downloaded to your device.

Customers can also download their own invoice directly from the order confirmation page.
